Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of Ahtisham Dogar (the “Service Provider”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services

The Service Provider offers content writing services including articles, blog posts, website content, product descriptions, social media content, and LinkedIn & X ghostwriting. Specific details of the services will be outlined in a project agreement or proposal.

Payment

A 40% advance payment is required to initiate any project. An additional 40% is due upon completion of the first draft, and the final 20% is payable upon final approval. Payment methods include Upwork direct contract, Wise, Payoneer, and local payment methods like Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, and NayaPay.

Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the work produced by the Service Provider shall belong to the client upon full payment.

Confidentiality

The Service Provider agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and materials.

Revisions

Up to three revisions are included in the project fee for articles and blog posts. Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee. For ghostwriting services, all revisions must be incorporated within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued once a project has been started unless the client terminates the contract due to a breach of terms by the Service Provider. In case of a project termination due to a breach of contract by the Service Provider, the client will be eligible for a full refund of any prepaid amount. The 40% cashback guarantee applies only to the final product and does not cover any completed stages of the project.

  1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. In the event of termination by the client, the Service Provider is entitled to payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Pakistan
